Impact Crushers

Impact crushers are used for recycling of building rubble, concrete, asphalt and crushing of rocks (of up to medium hardness). Our plants are characterised by an sophisticated, solid design based on many years of experience.

The equipment of the crusher meets the standards required in the recycling of building material and macadam plant. The rear upper part of the housing folds hydraulically to grant a quick and easy access to the inside of the pant for maintenance and replacements. The robust rotor is equipped with four rows of blow bars made of highly wear-resistant material. Two identical block impactors can be rotated by 180° and can be exchanged with one another. A special suspension ensures short turning and exchanging times. Through progressive wear the gaps between the impactors and the blow bars increase over time. To keep constant sized gaps at all time, thus to ensure a product of constant quality, the impactors can be adjusted to the blow bars.

The first impactor can be adjusted with thread spindles; the rear impactor opposite to the housing is elastically clamped using rubber buffers. This prevents too much variation of the gap setting during crusher operation. The second impactor which mainly determines the product size is hydraulically adjustable and equipped with spacer sheets. The strong inside armouring of the plant with a hardness up to 400 HB is screwed on from the outside to ensure a high degree of exploitation.
